With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
It is vital to us that you are satisfied. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, within 15 days after purchased, we shall be offering full credit for anything returned in new condition.
Firearms fired or attached to optics or accessories are no longer considered and cannot be returned in new conditions.
Please note: if an order purchased via Credova method of payment is to be returned, all items must be delivered in accordance with our regular return policy. It is not possible for us to handle partial returns paid via Credova due to the complexities of the application procedure.
Please don’t mount a riflescope when you’ve purchased it and try to pay it back in full. We review all rifle rifle scopes returned under magnification and apply a minimum restoration fee of 20%, if discovered to have been installed.
We will be delighted and urge you to call, if the item you have purchased does not meet your needs or meets your demands.
Please make sure that you return a shipment, preferably that shipped originally in, with all of the original packaging included and return it in a delivery box. If a product is returned without the original material or if the packaging of the factory is damaged because of incorrect packaging, a refund may not be allowed.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

. And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued
